Listening carefully. Writing honestly. Telling one lasting story.

I believe every life deserves to be remembered honestly, and everyone has a story that matters.

It's often the smallest details — a favourite chair in the garden, a familiar saying, a daily routine, a much-loved song — that tell us the most about someone.

Those details become the heart of the ceremonies I write.

Choosing a celebrant is about trust.

Trust that someone will take the time to understand the person behind the stories and photographs, and trust that the ceremony will feel like your loved one and respect their life.

During our Story Conversation, I listen and encourage you to share the memories, details and stories that made someone who they were, then weave them into a ceremony that's recognisable, personal and true.

And after each ceremony, every family gets a beautifully presented Lasting Story keepsake – a printed copy of your  ceremony to keep and revisit in the years ahead, to share with future generations, or simply to keep alongside treasured photographs, letters and memories.

The ceremony marks a moment in someone's story. It isn't the end of it.

My Approach

Arranging a funeral can feel overwhelming, so my role is to make you feel supported and that and that your voice is heard.

I'll visit you at home, listen to your stories and help shape a ceremony that reflects the person you've lost. I can write the eulogy, help with readings and music, arrange a livestream for those unable to attend, and shape the ceremony from beginning to end. We’ll go through it together, so you feel completely comfortable with every word.

Because stories don't end with a funeral ceremony.

THOUGHTFULLY WRITTEN. GENTLY TOLD.
